YOUR FRIENDLY NEIGHBOURHOOD WEDDING DESIGNER

Bespoke wedding design and stationary for your day.

What we do

You’re probably wondering what do we do as a design service. Well we cover anything from wedding stationary to bespoke wedding gifts or products. If you want fancy place holders with your name as a crest…we can do it. You want something so bespoke it sounds so strange to say it out loud…guess what, we have you covered. As a designer it’s my job to design cool things and make them. That’s why we are a maker studio.

We are here for the ‘real wedding experience’ no Etsy products to be found here. We are not a single design and swap out the name on the invitation kind of studio. We design everything from scratch…mostly. This ensures your getting exactly what you want which is key

Designed like a Project. Made like a keepsake.

Some Example services

Wedding Stationary Design

Wedding invitations to thank you cards, we will hand make these bespoke to you, no Etsy shop here. If you want to post an A2 sized one I’m sure we can make it work. If you have something specific in mind like a wedding newspaper, we can chat about it during our design session.

Bespoke 3D Printing & Design

Generally at a venue its glass or what the florist has. If not it’s a super expensive vase that you’re only going to use once because it’s not personal to you. Why not have something designed that can be given away after as gifts or displayed in your home.

Truly bespoke & unique designs.

Of the top of my head, let’s say you ask for some architectural columns with a personal message running down the side for the tables. Or your own wedding miniature to gift as a favour?.. Playing cards anyone? Anything you can think of we will try to make a reality.

Our Part In your Day

We create high-quality wedding materials designed around your day.

Sometimes a wedding can feel a bit like a design system everything connecting and flowing together, from invitations through to table details and even thank you cards. When it works well, itโ€™s all about consistency and thoughtful design.

Wedding planning can feel like a lot, so this is where we can help take some of the pressure off and handle a few of the moving parts for you.

| Our wedding Story

So my wife and I got married in 2025 on May the 4th (yes, Star Wars Day and yes, it was tasteful. No Darth Maul masks were worn). When we were planning the wedding, we found that a lot of what was available felt cheap or generic, and a bit disconnected from what we actually wanted. Did this match the same colour, wait I thought we had this font…where did comic sans come from types of moments.

With my background in architecture and project delivery, I naturally took on the design side of things. I ended up creating most of the wedding materials myself, including the invitations, signage, place names, order of service, table details, and decorative pieces like vases.

The florist actually loved the vases sheโ€™d never worked with 3D printed ones before.

Most importantly, we did thank you cards (which I think are the most important and lot of people forget them).

What we found on the day was that everything ran smoothly, and quite a few of the pieces seemed to disappear in the best way. It turns out our family and guests really liked them too, and many asked if they could take things home as keepsakes or favours.

I really liked the idea that parts of our wedding would go on to live in other peopleโ€™s homes and memories. Anything we had left over now sits around our own home as small reminders of the day our were gifts.

You can email to discuss your ideas wether itโ€™s just invitations or a fancy project you have in mind.

Sustainable wedding design, it was bound to come up. We found weddings can be so wasteful, so for ours we repurposed a lot of the items.

We gave all our vases away as gifts with the left over flowers. The place holder stands work for Polaroids around the house. The mini easels are used as photo frame stands.

We don’t just think about your day we think about what you can use your decorations for after.

Our Process

The Brief

Once we receive your email we can setup a design meeting. We will send through a little on boarding document to help you with the process and how we work.

We also will go through the key dates, your design aspirations and goals so we know in advanced. We will use our call time to get to know you and how you envision your wedding, similar to if you were an architectural client.

Once we have looked through some mood boards and design ideas we will move onto the design phase.

The Design & Refine

At this stage we will start designing the document or models from your brief. We will check in every so often to make sure you’re happy with things and it’s going the direction you want.

No one wants to be making important choices days before the wedding. That’s why our recommended timeline is at least 3 months out from your big day.

The Making Part

We have presented the design to you and you’re happy to sign it off. Sometimes people may ask for a mock up or prototype which we would be happy to do for you. We may also ask for a second deposit to allow us to order any special materials that we may need.

We will begin making your order well in advanced for your big day. We might have to do it stages if you have requested us to do invitations first.

Once we have completed the order we do request you collect it in person to ensure your happy with it and to ensure it leaves our place in perfect order. We trust posting out projects but we prefer the human touch of passing on our work to our clients.

A few bits of key information to help :

As part of our wedding design service, we focus on bespoke design elements, styling and decorative pieces. We do not provide or install structural or load-bearing items, suspended or overhead installations, food-related services, or electrical equipment. Any elements requiring specialist certification, installation, or safety compliance should be arranged through the appropriate qualified suppliers. Weโ€™re always happy to collaborate with your venue and other professionals to ensure everything works together safely and seamlessly.

3D Printing Exclusion

Our 3D printed items are designed for decorative and display purposes only. They are not intended for structural use, load-bearing applications, or prolonged outdoor exposure unless otherwise agreed. We do not supply items intended for direct food contact, high heat environments, or use with electrical components. As with all bespoke pieces, slight variations may occur, and care should be taken when handling. Any use beyond decorative purposes is at the clientโ€™s discretion.

We do not provide on-site installation or setup unless agreed in advance. The placement and use of all items is the responsibility of the client or venue. Weโ€™re always happy to advise and work alongside your venue or other suppliers to ensure everything comes together as intended.

Timeline

All timelines are agreed in advance and are based on timely communication and approvals. Delays in feedback, changes to the design, or external factors may affect delivery times. We will always aim to keep things on track and communicate any changes as early as possible.

Design Variations

All items are bespoke and made to order, so slight variations may occur in finish, colour, and detail. This is part of the process and reflects the handmade and crafted nature of the work.

Durability of your prints

All items are designed for their intended use and should be handled with care. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect handling, or exposure to unsuitable conditions such as heat, moisture, or outdoor environments unless previously agreed.
